By using Helixio services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our platform.

1. Use of Service

Helixio provides a productivity platform including notes, kanban board, calendar, and AI assistant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. Each person is only allowed one account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

Payments are processed through Midtrans. Subscriptions are valid for the selected period. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply in the next period. Cancellation is available at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Helixio. We do not claim ownership over your notes, tasks, or data.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the service for illegal activities, distribute malware, or disrupt the service. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
